1 General Terms

Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the aca44 platform ("Platform", "Website", "Service") and its users. These Terms apply to aca44's website, mobile application, and all related services.

aca44 operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment activities. These Terms ensure that all users can participate in a fair and transparent environment.

"User", "Member", or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using the service. If these Terms are published in English or any other language, the English version shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Account

Registration & Age Verification

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services at aca44, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account found will be closed immediately.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and reflect your true identity. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, address, payment method, or device is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be considered void.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. aca44 will never ask you for your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus & Wagering

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at aca44 are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳13,000.

The welcome bonus is granted to each user only once and is applied automatically on the first deposit.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a 25x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Bonuses and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
• aca44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been completed.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent activity will result in permanent closure of the account concerned.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Payment Methods & Limits

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aca44 currently accepts transactions through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount is determined by your account level and payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal.

4.4 Transaction Verification

aca44 reserves the right to verify any transaction. Additional documents may be requested for suspicious transactions. We are obligated to comply with anti-money laundering policies.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

Casino & Sports Betting

5.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on aca44 are operated by third-party software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others. The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

If a technical error in a game makes the result uncertain, aca44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and return the wagered amount.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, FIFA events, and other competitions. Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant match.

5.3 Bet Cancellation Terms

A bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If incorrect information is displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is not completed within a specified time limit.
• If evidence of match-fixing or irregularity is found.

6 Prohibited Activities

Unacceptable Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aca44 platform:

• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Accessing or operating another person's account without their consent.
• Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting the bonus system fraudulently (bonus hunting).
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting incorrect odds or system errors.

If evidence of involvement in such activities is found, aca44 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Account Management

7.1 aca44's Rights

aca44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If required documents for identity verification are not provided.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.

7.2 User's Right to Close Account

Any user may voluntarily close their account. To do so, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Eligible funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn before account closure, however any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Issues arising from third-party software or servers.
• Faults with the user's own device or network.

In any circumstance, aca44's maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid in the relevant transaction. aca44 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
